Covid report? Common people are pragmatic to it down here and treat it accordingly to potential consequences. Anecdotic experience is a week down time.
Muzzles are required in indoor public spaces down south but usually not outside. In rural north florida we were shocked nobody cares cared to wear one and we got the looks.

I am eating brunch at the restaurant right now, I prefer to sit outside though
