Stripped, cleaned and rebuilt the oil pump. Put proper casters on the engine stand.

Passed the MOT today , but running like a dog. Picked up a set of plugs on the way home from the test so will fit those later today before i have to go to work.
Once running sweet it will be on to the bay of E`s.

New plugs didn't solve the poor running but another 20mins in the u/s cleaner did , running strong now , thankfully.

cut the rear fender to install a shiny new undertail. Also going to tackle a few rust spots and will refresh the rearsets.
though tempting to just strip the frame and het the whole shebang powdercoated at some point.

Took the arata headers off to fit a complete set of exhaust gaskets. Then thought as it hasn't run for 6 x years plus , time to fit the kendo oil pipe spacer , circa 2015 , and change the oil and filter. Also bled the rear brake.

Well .......
Just fitted the clutch slave repair kit I have had for years , also fitted a billet clutch mount kit that I found with the repair kit.
All bled and clutch release working once again !

Tonights job was refit the complete arata / ladybird ti zorst , with new seals. Also bit the bullet and cut off the rusty chain and ordered a new did gold o ring chain ,114 link.
