    Rear Wheel 1100

    Hi,

Is there any particular year that the wheel from the ZX7R will fit the 1100.. I'm told they are a straight swap but wider so the you can accommodate the larger tyre.
    Cheers

If you're looking for a 6" rim I already have a wheel with spacers etc. ready to fit.

You've been told wrong then - but if there's one going above with all the adaptions you need to fit it, you're sorted - but they're not a straight swap

Revisit the reasons you want that fat tire. In general it is de-engineering mod for standard 1100 Rex.

I just prefer the look and it offers a wider range of tyres... As i happens its currently fitted with a 180.

    I have a ZXR750H2 5.5 rim on my 1100. Correct size for a 180 tyre.

Direct bolt on if you use all the ZXR750H2 axle spacers, calliper hanger, sprocket carrier / inner bearing. sprocket and rear disk.

Not many around on eBay these days though.
