Yes and Yes

Depending o which year you use will depend on which calipers you need

You will also need the ZX9 sized discs

it's a 94 model and it's has 4 pot tokkico returned calipers

Not sure what a returned caliper is but if you have the calipers and the discs then you just need the yokes (much like the link I posted above)

This be pinky (with B1/B2 Forks and Tok calipers - albeit my calipers were from a ZX7R)
