When NRD gets back from his holidays, I hear he's quite a dab hand at painting floors.

Well, no brainer. If I had ability to lay new slab I would configure it to mount flush motorcycle lift. Plenty examples over the net. Below retrofit example, just first i was able to grab to visualise the concept.

You are on my ignore list I can’t and won’t read your guff.

I previously asked you to leave me and my threads alone, you continue to troll in what you perceive as a clever manner causing me stress.
I come here for friendly banter with like minded individuals.

you want me to tell you to fuck off so I will get banned,I won’t tell you to fuck off nor insult your homeland to which you do a disservice.

though in the words of Francis Urquhart “you May think that I can’t possibly comment”.

Darren used an epoxy coating John

It seals the concrete and so makes a nice dust free environment and I dont think the cold permutates through it the same either (although he ripped the arse and applied 5 coats).

That said, he has a very big garage but for a bike shed (with working area) I would maybe consider some second hand commercial use carpet tiles - sommat like this - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Beige-Rec...8AAOSwtPlbWIa~

As for the other, it is a shame that the ignore button doesn't make them invisible but it doesn't...…………………………. so you just have to smile at the effort they have wasted in posting

Doesn't work that well as insulation when cold. It is still concrete. Love it though, can't beat it for the benefits and install cost.

    No ones listening to you.

I wouldn't worry about what to put on the floor just yet. Almost any coating will require the concrete to cure off properly before you can use it. This could be several months.
