    K-Tech V Hyperpro front springs

I'm looking to upgrade the springs in my 1100 this winter and been looking at either K-Tech or Hyperpro progressive, anyone got any thoughts on either? there's not a lot in the price difference so was wondering whats the best to go for?
The K-Tech come as either 9N or 9.5 N I take it that's Newtons? I'm 14 stone so again what would be the best ones to get?
Also looking at the K-Tech rear shocks which look rather nice
    UP THE IRONS!!!!

I've got Hyperpro springs in my other bike and I can recommend them.

They aren't amazing but they are decent for the price range and feel an improvement over stock. Never had K-Tech though so can't comment for comparison on those unfortunately.

and I have HP in one rex and KT in the other (albeit they both have USD forks but the one with KT has been revalved by Maxton)

Hard call but as stock I would go with the above albeit they need more preload than the KT but I suspect either with fresh oil will improve your ride significantly (as just a change of oil may do albeit the Rex forks are not their strongest point)

Que the arguments about progressive versus linear

From memory I went for 10 when I replaced my seals last year. Feels just nice for my riding, but it's a bit subjective of course.
