Yer funny. Way out of squalor is not through handouts but Lichen, I am not even talking about religion. This is what our people need. Belive in themselves, reach and take it. Whatever they set their sites on.

Remember that lesson when dealing with your own domestic squalors..

System must be dissfunctional. But I guess you already know that. Poland itself is not accepting any freeloaders. Hard workers are always welcome.

You are not specific but I hear Polish expats are doing well. In any case hope they will be back soon in Poland.

I brought my teenage nephews to New York just to de mistify it. You can lead horse to water... But you know the rest.

BTW I worked with many English economic migrants up here. In general they did quite well having language advantage on their side.

Very dysfunctional and one that appears to favour the less willing to put something back

I wasn't being specific as I wasn't being but FWIW (and being as you mention it) ive worked with the Polish lads on the turbines and power stations in Europe and apart from a penchant for food that I considered food should be eating they seemed much like us to be honest:

Those wanting to work, those willing to work and those fitting neither of the first two categories

I wasn't trying to be funny. So what is Poland doing at the moment taking handouts from the EU? Most things are EU funded there at the moment. Roads, businesses etc etc. Good for the Polish economy.
