    Jack-up kit, fitting issue.

As requested, a shot showing the problem I'm having trying to fit the blocks to my 1200 swingarm. Nothing lines up and the bolt hole is even at a different height.

Looks like the angle of the rear part of the swingarm mount is different on the 12.

If they are the ones i made then they were a perfect mate to the shock mount.

Your only option would be to machine the rear part of the bracket so that it sits further through into the swingarm mount , this should let the mounting hole line up.

Hole is a different height too Kenny.

The base of the block would need work.

I thought about taking a slice/wedge off the block base to adjust the clevis angle and the hole height with one cut, but it would leave the base contact patch smaller & off centre and might add undue stresses that could compromise the bracket or bolt.

I've looked at all the options and it's just not worth the effort/risk of modifying these to fit.

Looking at the brackets on both swingers they're clearly different designs though.

If your blocks fit some 1200s the there must've been a change during the 1200 production run.

If you want to advertise them for sale for an 1100 I will make up any difference in price.
if they don’t sell I will refund you.

i never tried to fit them, but they where fitted to a 1200 so I don’t know why they don’t fit.

    Hey Johnny.

I already have them up for sale as 1100 specific, with a note to say they might fit earlier 1200s but nothing is assured.

You have no need to feel responsible buddy. I know full well that you sold them with the understanding that they'd fit. I bought them with the same assumption. The fact that they don't fit is news to everyone!
