    Ahhhh...............that is a MUCH better solution again as it means the petrol pipe is also in the better original position (not so close to the head) as with the ZZR tap.
    I wasnt aware this was possible, but looks like the ultimate MANUAL tap solution !
    Do it just lave the original diaphram and everything else inside the ZRX tap as it is ?

    You can either take the back off and pack it with something so the Oring permanently seals.
    I tapped a small thread and JB welded a small bolt. But that's permanent no reversal.

    Mind, that is good tho as im with Pete regarding proximity to the head

    That sounds like a good solution.
    So did you drill and tap a small hole in the rear flat alloy diaphram cover so the small bolt can be screwed inwards and onto the back of the plunger with the O Ring fitted to keep it in position ?
    Then JB weld the small bolt in place to stop it coming loose?
