    Swingarm bearing circlip

Ok potentially daft question which I am sure a lot will already know the answer to.
If I want to replace the circlip that I removed to get the bearings out of the swinging arm is there any reason why I cant just use a generic 47mm internal clip rather than face a bill for 5.79 by the time p&p have been added?
A fiver odd for a 2 part feels a bit steep or am I just being tight?
    Cheers

If you have one of the correct dimensions then that will do........or re-use the original if it's not damaged!

Yes the original is fooked !
The dimension quoted is 47mm but Kawasaki parts info doesn't give me a thickness and I am assuming as long as it fits the recess it will do the job ?
I know I am being tight lol.

    I haven’t used them but I think Cornwall kawasaki don’t charge p&p?
I started using my local kawasaki dealer as I now get a discount there.

    Thanks for that !
Found one in an old box of bits lol.
I will measure the thickness for future reference
