Wonder if he had to do anything with the tank for that? Suppose with the coils out of the way you've a little extra space to get some filters under there but looks a pretty tight fit!

If you were wondering if you could extract the same sort of bhp out of your Rex Engine have a look at this
    http://www.motorcyclenews.com/news/n...asaki-zzr1400/

Available as two models, the standard ZZR1400 and a ZZR1400 Performance Sport, the 2016 version uses new settings in the ECU and a revised exhaust and evaporative system to help it meets the new emission regulations without any drop in the power figures – maintaining the bike’s gut-wrenching USP. The 1441cc engine kicks out a claimed 197.4bhp without any ram-air effect, or a gnat’s earlobe over 207bhp with the full effect of ram-air.

Does have a nearly 300cc advantage though! Guy's lost whatever ram air effect the ZZR might garner though with that. Bet its a hoot to ride though the torque must be lovely and a happy Kerker too.

He's done it just to show it can be done, because there is no other advantage. Creates an awful lot of empty space. Standard shocks and swinger are gonna be worked hard...... a bit pointless having a naked bike with that kind of power, you wont be able to use it.

    Stock ZZR would lace it.

    Turbo rex would do it.

Nice looking bike tho. Bet it's lighter than a stock rex too.
