I thought the ZRX1100 was last made in 2000 ?............or is this a 2000 bike registered later ?

    Yes it's an 1100 and registered 2003.
    1999 C4 model

Thanks for that but I've bought a sticky clock converter in mph so put that over face of speedo and its done the job.
    Cheers anyway

    Yes I believe it's 1999 C4

Maybe not. Would cost between a minimum of 1200-1500 to get the bike collected, shipped to port, shipped over in a container and processed through customs at the UK.
You's also add 20% VAT and possibly 6% import duty to the cost of the bike and shipping. You then have to collect from the port.
And then you still need to get it registered in the UK for which you'd need an MOT (on the frame number) a copy of the title (American V5), NOVA certificate (to prove VAT had been paid) and a 55 fee to DLVA.
You also have the issue that you've bought a bike you've not actually seen in person.
So your $3500 bike becomes about 5100 (as a minimum), plus the cost to get it from port to your home and then register it.
And the issues with how you pay for it in a safe way.

I've imported quite a few bikes from the USA now and if it was super easy or cheap we'd all be doing it.

But if anyone fancies doing it, I can help.

    Re: WANTED MINT ZRX1200R

How this differ from buying bike form Germany like OP did?

Lots of issues to consider but merican vehicles from hot belt are class on their own. No salt wash, no corrosion. Garage kept bike will be perfect. Mileage is also factor. People ride short distance on weekends as a norm. I see euro riders are putting car like milage on bikes...
Come for vacations buy and ship yourself a bike as a bonus...
