    CANSRUS or Diamond Motorsport, same thing really.
    Purchase a Scorpion exhaust at the Excel show in Feb, still havn't got the exhaust!!! and its now March 13. Loads of attempts to contact them, phone, e-mail & the good old letter, no reply, have got the Police involved, Trading standards and the Insolvency service to try and either get my money back or the exhaust. Cansrus website still operating, WARNING don't touch em with your mates 10 foot barge pole.

    OBERON... or Specifically, their Eccentric adjusters.... Which you can't actually adjust! There's nowhere to put a allen in to turn them...

    M&P. Hydraulic inline brakelight switch. Make,model & year supplied, wrong part sent. P&P £4.99p. P&P to esnd it back, jiffy bag 59p (from post office) postage, 48p a grand total of £1.07p! Scummy, dirty, rip-off vermine BASTARDS!!!!

    finally received the refund, had to threaten Cans R us with the small claims court and they still took the piss by sending the letter with the incorrect postage on, so I had to pay to get my money back, it was woth the £1.06p.
    I still stand by my original comment "DON'T TOUCH EM WITH A BARGEPOLE".

    Theres a jap guy trading on ebay under Koyesnoyesno he's got a online shop under 24 Motoraim Selling after market bits for bikes.
    stay clear of the brake levers for the ZRXS there faulty hair line crackes in them, he came true in the end though he even sent a second pair with the same fault so i asked for a refund he got a bit funny and it took a bit of time and i had to dispute the sale with pay pal but he gave me a full refund with out sending the gear back.
    So the foot pegs and number plate bolts where free which i order'd as well... Nice

    This is where i bought my rex...paid £1999 fpr a P (97) reg. Said he'd give me 3 months Warrantee with it so off i went. On the way home i discovered the rad leaks...as it pissed all over me! Called him the next day he said he'd book it in and sort it. A week later i took it back (i live about 105 miles away i know, i had to hike home) he said it'd be sorted by the next day...7 days later he called and said the bike was ready...that he'd sent the rad to be fixed and was told the hole wasnt in the front but in the back of the rad. i went to get it and half way home it started pissin out on me again...from the front! All this time i've had to use the bike to commute in to London. Finally last week he said he'd managed to find a 2nd hand one and sent it recorded delivery on the 20th...i've still not got it! I think he's fobbin me off now. I've not spent a penny on the bike but its cost me a fortune in fuel, train fares, and lost days wages...i'm really dissappointed!

    An Essex boy again...

    It's now the time for you to call the shots.
    Tell them to collect the bike.
    To make it right with a NEW RAD not a repaired one, (or second hand one) as this not acceptable, and have it deliverd back within 5 working days.

    If not you will instruct your solicitor to recover ALL costs including the above mentioned ones, along with the costs of another dealer doing the repair properly.

    Bought some mirrors from streetfighterstore.com, they charged £6.45 postage but only put £3.08 postage on the box, I made a small comment about the overcharge & received the following:

    we pay for the postage to the royal mail, plus the packaging plus the time to process and pack the order, we are a business, if we dont charge for these other costs then we wont be here next year and you will be paying FULL PRICE for your mirrors in future. Maybe you should take this into consideration, why are some people NEVER happy even when they get a bargain.
    D`ya reckon he got out of bed the wrong side this morning........
