Thumbs Down - Suppliers who get it wrong.

Suppliers as in the title of this thread can be taken as suppliers of goods or services including sales, afterservice, repairs and accessories or anything motorcycle related such as clothing and helmets.

Many of us have had dealings with people who had provided a poor service and haven't delivered what is known as "customer satisfaction"
These companies/individuals deserve to be named and shamed. Please add constructive comments (This is a public forum so please refrain from use of strong language) regarding your experiences below and for ease of reference I shall edit this post and list the recipients of the below.

(To get the ball rolling I'll add one of my own comments as an example)

Always get this so when a couple of months back they offered a Shark lid for taking out a sub and as it happens was gonna get one for the Mrs anyway. (you know what its like start with matching lids then go onto matching jackets then a Gold Wing). decided to go for it.

Got letter yesterday, oh sorry out of that size have a rucksack instead.

there again suppose I could just stick th rucksack on her head.

Orderd & Paid for tyre 23 July from Busters, Swansea 2nd September still waiting !

Failed MOT small cracks in side walls & they spotted it cant get tax .

23 July next week

Damaged tank on bike 12 months ago still waiting for paint job ! Mechanics are useless broke my tail piece thoght it was in three pieces had to replace it after I prooved they had done it !

Streetfighters got it wrong. First I ordered a part and it was the wrong one (even included by make, model, year). Then 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing after returning the wrong part. So I call them today and she says "yeah I have your wrong part" ........ and I am like, "well please send the right one"...... "oh yeah, okay".

Streetfighters.com got it wrong on bar ends by taking over 4 weeks to get here.

A big hand please for AYE GEE MOTORCYCLES down in Welling, Kent, at the foot of Shooters Hill. Once a great bike franchise from whom I have always bought bikes and spares, that was bought up by some new crew in 2003 or so when the original outlet sank due to financial difficulties

Went there before I bought my REX as they now have a dedicated Kawasaki showroom with gleaming new bikes. The salesman there is the worst I have ever encountered. He did not know what a ZRX was? Then he said they had stopped making them even though I knew differently.

I pointed out the brochure in front of him and he reluctantly opened it. There was a new 2005 REX R. "They have to bring them in as imports now" he says.
"How much?" I ask. He does not know and says he will have to phone to find out and will wring me at home...he never did!! I bought my Rex elsewhere

Went back last week and he had closed his shop and was sitting in the cafe next door, looking at me in my leathers standing there. Bare in mind he is part of Aye gee, and they do not close up their main showroom and bugger off!!

This week I go again to try and get some Kawasaki gloves.....from a Kawasaki dedicated showroom with helmets, T-shirts, leathers, boots....." I didn't order any of those", he says,he then belched loudly which i found particularly impressive, "I might get some in at some point"....I left.....I will not return.

Avoid this brainless, incompetent knob jockey at all costs.
