    The adjuster mechanism on the A6F is totally different to the earlier model 1200.
    You are correct that the flat head screw adjuster cannot come all the way OUT, but its not due to a pin, its due to a flat surface washer on the inside end of the centre tapered aduster screw.
    I have sent Nige close up photos tonite of the whole thing which he is posting on here at the weekend so all can see the differences.

    They dont come out of the 11 per se (well they do but its putting them back)

    As long as they are fully open they will be reet tho

    So, was the hydraulic function of the later forks an improvement over the earlier 1200's or are we talking cost cutting measures here?

    If upgrades to the (later) standard forks are limited to oil & springs, is the dampening feature sufficient or would sourcing an earlier set of forks and rebuilding them with gold valves, as well as springs, oil & seals be the smarter move?

    That's obviously ignoring Ohlins, other brands & USD forks as viable upgrades, I know. But just imagine (if you can) a ZRX owner with a limited budget!!
