Collected the S10 yesterday from Norwich, it was swelteringly hot and the ride back was pretty naff due to the sheer volume of traffic.
    However, initial thoughts are:
Ace suspension - just floats over the road
    Riding position is very comfy
Very lazy engine which is deceptively quick and with tons of grunt
Brilliant protection from the elements - not a single dead fly on my helmet when I go back. However, creates lots of whistling with my Shoei XR1100...
Cruise control is a f00kin godsend!
Although it's a tall, heavy lump, that feeling goes once on the move. Takes a bit of effort on corners - you have to give it power early or it falls in.

Will be spending a few days to give it a super good clean and detail and then hoping to get out on it a few times this week.

    Happy bunny so far!

I don't think the noisy Shoei can be blamed on the bike. I have an XR1100 & its the noisiest lid I have ever had. Bit of a bit of a disappointment really cos apart from that it's perfect in every other way. Unfortunately with helmets you can't usually take them for a test ride before you buy.
