    New owner after some help....

Hi. Got myself a project zrx1100 that I've plans to modify. Have zx10r forks, wheels and brakes going on, a set of 39mm Flat slides and a whole load more. I'll put some pics up when I work out how....

I'm after a set of zzr1100 cams to fit and some advice/pointers on installation.

Do both C and D model cams fit?

Has anyone got any I could buy?

    Thanks.

    Dave

That sounds like a big project !

Most of that info is available after you have done 20 posts , and get full access to the site .

Hope you have deep pockets .....................

It a not been that bad. Picked jobs cosmetically poor zxr, zx10 bits came from the states and worked out cheap compared to UK bits.

Set of good carbs was 300, maybe a touch high but they come up very rarely.

The rest is just workshop time, of which I have plenty.

Just need the cams to finish the engine work and crack on.

late Yoshi ones ? Bargain of the century if they are .

Can't stop bloody phone autocorrecting- it was changing it to zzr constantly...

    They are Keihin FCR.

From a friend that I've had a lot of bits off for other bikes. Not seen them yet, pick them up Friday. He (and myself) are usually found doing older Brit bikes, this is revisiting where I started on bikes as I first had a Zephyr and this bike cane up so cheap I figured worth a go.

Lots of cosmetic damage - tank was dented, badly filled and it and all plastics hand painted with smoothrite- which was anything but smooth.

But had a good engine, gearbox and frame to start from.
