    2004 1200R
    D&D Bolt on Muffler
    EMGO individual cone air filters
    1.32mm drilled main jets,
    stock needles shimmed up 2.5mm, 1.25 was too lean
    pilot screw 1 1/2 turns
    stock cam
    no dyno test

    2. Standard header pipes home made mid pipe. stepped down to 48mm O/D 1.6 mm wall thickness. then stepped up to 54mm O/D at muffler
    3. remus tit can, cut down by 1/3
    4. stage 3 factory pro
    5. 135
    6. 3 from top (standard springs)
    7. 2 3/4 turns
    8. stock cams
    9. Airbox removed, K&N RU-2920 Dual flange unit x 2 pods fitted
    10. 96.6RWHP, on a Dyno Dynamics dyno
    And the A/F ratio still running just a tad lean. Across the whole range, but the biggest range problem is at the transition from pilot to needle. But rides real nice, with an almost totally flat torque curve.
