The pig following at the same speed also weaved between vehicles - presume it wasn't dangerous riding???

He HAD to be stopped! Suppose the fact the guy was probably reacting somewhat to the bike on his tail doesn't come into it...

He might have avoided the dangerous charge if a) he'd bothered signalling his intentions at any time and b) been on his tod. But no indicating, no lifesavers plus pillion at that speed he's making thing tough for himself.

    The United Fucking Kingdom

The only place where you can go to jail or pretty much lose your livlehood for riding your bike fast.......................... drive a truck or a car and kill, well something different me thinks and as for inciting murder or burning poppies during remembrance you get a fine you will never have to pay and a 3 week ban from Boots.

If the bads did happen or no licence/insurance then throw the book at him....................................but they fucking didnt did they

If the unmarked police bike had have held back, the bloke would most probably have just carried on his way normally.

We have all done it, I know I have, seen somebody on your tail & upped your pace a bit.

The only thing he did wrong was to be unfortunate enough get caught.

Must be so easy to do those speeds on the 1400 without even thinking about it probably felt he was just cruising!

Complete prick, riding like a prick. With an apocalyptic prick on the back because he's trusting his life to a complete and utter prick.
Don't try and justify it, see it for what it is dangerously fast riding on a busy motorway.

This was in local paper, they forgot to mention he had no insurance either,if he"d been on a bike what would he have got. Maurice Cooney, aged 33, from Telford, drove his Mercedes C-Class onto the line near Snow Hill railway station on Sunday 6th November after going out for drinks in the city centre with friends the previous evening.

Police were called just after 7am and found Cooney in a building near his car. When breathalysed, he gave a reading of 97 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath – the limit is 32 micrograms.

He told officers he had meant to stay in a hotel but had decided to drive home instead and could not remember how he had ended up on the tracks, adding he had no intention of doing so but had simply “taken a wrong turn”.

The car was unable to be driven as it was wedged on the tracks and the fire service had to be called to remove it, causing trams to be delayed for around four hours.

Cooney admitted drink driving and obstructing the tram line at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (17/11). He was handed a 17-month ban with fines and costs totalling more than £400.
