    I used the "point" where the swingarm tubes come together.

    first unflip em, put the markings exactly right and tighten the axle. the excenters and axle are then slodily connected. No more need to look at the markings, just look at the chain tension

    FWIW, the wheel can still be out of alignment even if you align it to the markings. Depends on how pedantic you are.

    Flipped mine a while back.... In short didn't like how the front end tipped in so quick and I found that tipping the front end down by eccentrics being flipped increased the pressure on my wrists when riding extended periods of time .
