The original hose is not expensive and it's a lot easier to work with than fannying about with an undersize/oversize bit of aftermarket hose. I ordered online from Cornwall Kawasaki and it arrived next day

10mm at tap end , 8mm at carb end like Baz sez.
I've got 8mm pipe, warmed end with hot air gun, forced it onto tap, 8mm in line filter & in line quick disconnect union, no more pissin about pulling pipe off tap (Simples).
Thinking of sourcing a regular tap & junking vacuum one.

I used this, it's been on the bike for 6 or 7 years now and is still like new. No clips needed

Thinking of sourcing a regular tap & junking vacuum one, maybe fit a 12v fuel pump.
mines similar, but used a gsxr tap (early manual one, its uncannily similar to KWIKS version, but cheaper)
why would you fit a fuel pump?
cant see the benefit, only problems
