German web site. More retro looking in chrome than Kawasaki's own black ones. Black are also available from this company

BELLY PANS
Lots to choose from on the market. Recommendations from fellow rexers who have fitted and used specific ones are always useful.

ERMAX UK (PIC 2)

PIZZAZZ ON THE CHEAP
Kawasaki fasteners are know for being of poor quality and coating. If like me, having a few shiny silver fasteners is to you liking, then for the cost of a tube of AUTO SOLVOL, you can have some bling on the cheap
The four big allen headed bolts, two on either side of the radiator shrowds, plus the one rear smaller one on each side, can be polished to a chrome look. Simply remove and work on, one at a time. Use a soft cloth and the Solvol and happily rub away the grey crap coating to reveal a gorgeous chrome like shine underneath
Secondly, the four black allen headed bolts holding the front mudguard on can be removed one at a time and also polished to a chrome look. I always coat with copper grease when refitting any bolts for later ease of use.
You now have a choice. Either put the lovely chrome look bolts back into the front mudguard.....or swap one at a time with the four black allen bolts holding on the handlebar controls (these cannot be polished and will remain black). They are identical size and lengths. I swapped the mudguard polished chrome look bolts and put them onto the handlebar controls....they look nice and compliment my ss resevoir caps. Simple and cheap.
I also polished the bolt holding on the horn, the front brake caliper retaining bolts, and the right hand side frame allen bolts. Photo not great, but you can see the shrowd bolts gleaming at least...

SIDE AND TOP RACKS
SW-MOTECH
http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/245
If you want/need some serious carrying capacity but don't like the permanent bulk of the standard Kawasaki side and top racks, there is an alternative.
SW-MOTECH make a smaller, clever little system which allows a rear rack that is compatible with a GIVI mono rack and boxes, and with the fitment of two simple side bars, a full side rack system for panniers.
All can be purchased from the USA site above
