:) I like the look of the new Tiger it is more road biased and looks a mean mutha:) does this mean I will be ostracised or run out of town on a rail after being tarred and feathered.................I must also confess to liking the BMW R1200GS, the only bike that would tempt me away from my REX:biggrin: :bike:

Before my Rex, I had a "Hinckley Tiger" all in black tuned with a pair of race cans etc, it was so much fun I loved stuffing sportsbikes with it on twisty back roads its the only bike I have yet to ride the Medbourne road fast on!

The new tiger is a big improvement. There was no doubt that the old tiger was a genuinely good bike, but Christ did it look crap. I still haven't decided which colour it looked most crap in? Probably the orange. I'm assuming its a total overhaul, rather than a cosmetic job

I must also confess to liking the BMW R1200GS, the only bike that would tempt me away from my REX

A BMW R1150GS was on my shortlist along with the ZRX but the deciding factor had to be the price - over £6000 for a 2000 GS or £5199 for a BRAND NEW ZRX.

No contest, and I think I got the better bike in the end as my mates 1150 GS has no chance of keeping up whether on the straights or twisties.

Don't get me wrong, BMWs, especially the GSs, are fantastic but I'm glad I bought the ZRX and I'm an ex. BMW owner too - I've had three of 'em.

They were all damned ugly, mind.:\ and my shiny, new ZRX is abserfuckinlutely georgeous. :bike: :biggrin:
