Just back from lunch and saw a ZZR1400 parked up at the kerb in the City. Now that I've seen it in the flesh I have a few observations:

It's not half as much a dog in the flesh as it is in the photographs
It's tiny
It looks like fun
I want one.... (as well as, not instead of the Rex!) :biggrin:

ive always liked the look of it but the biggest dissappointment would be its power delivery...every review ive read said it verges on the sedate in an attempt not to scare riders...isnt that the point of that powerful a bike??...also the 196 bhp claim turns out to be 176 at the back wheel...my mates gixer is making that with a power commander and a yoshi system..far less weight and a power delivery that'll leave two skidmarks..only one being on the ground

buy a busa for £3500 for far more thrills...:thumb:

Id rather have a zx12r for £3500 it looks a proper bike and not like an overweight cow like the busa !
Can u find more speed for less money i wonder
