littel diamond thing!

not long had my rex 1200 ( 2 weeks ), i read about this plastick diamond thing on the radiator grill, and how it would be a good idea to remove it, to save any damage to the rad.is this right . have you removed yours?

Remove it along the whole grill and get a nice shiney grill with ZRX written across it. :cool:

I think the vast majority have removed it. No need to remove the grill, just pull the grill forward and turn the diamond, it will push out of the grill and with a little bit of help, it will fall out the bottom.

you'll find it in the midde of the radiator but not on new bikes.

The ZRX was still available this year over here, as far as I know they have stopped production but a few could still be in the shops. Someone said the 06 ZRX didnt have the rubber thing fitted anyway :dunno:
