know what you mean..needs some more colour somewhere..i reckon the wheels would be a good start..
btw the best lookin S ive seen was a solid blue..i think a solid dark colour suits it..kinda makes the fairing look less of an afterthought if you know what i mean..gives it a far meaner look

I am thinking of leaving the wheels, I dont mind silver wheels on most color bikes. The rest of the bike I was thinking a matt dark grey sort of like one of the ducati colors. No stickers, no stripes.
By the way...not my shed, the guy I bought it off owns that.....however open the shed and holy sheet.....he has about 5 bikes in there....mint ZRX1200R with about 600km on it, 2 excellent condition older ducatis- one with cool cafe racer style mods...think it was a darmah. Triumph bonneville, well used but ok, early 70's or so. And a 4/5 restored AJS.
I love that shed!

So it can be done.... I kept all of the original bodywork until it was finished so I could go back. Have started selling it off now, but at least it proves it wasn't painted 'cos it had been binned.... Especially as I got rid of the fairing.....

I've been thinking actually how you could make an's' look tough!
I'd like to see one painted in 1200 candylime green, full ohlins, jmc, huge rear
wheel, usd's,black out the screen and one headlight, ala endurance racer
styleeeeee!
Could look VERY TOUGH!!

I have the same colour scheme. Before I bought it in 04 I got 2 kawasaki brochures showing a red version (and only a red version) which looked really good - when I tried to buy it Kawasaki UK told me they don't sell the red bike in the UK - I could have any colour I liked as long as it was silver.
