She wasn't doing anything wrong, plenty of room. Wrong place at the wrong time.
With that video evidence she would have no problem proving that she wasnt to blame.
Looks to me like there was plenty of room for the car to do a proper stop, total over reaction, probably on the phone :\

Either this guy drives like a twat all the time or he has something seriously wrong with his brakes . There is no evidence for him to have taken such a dramatic effort to stop, way out of control and way out of order, hope the lady is ok, and hope the law take him to the limits of there legal system. :banned:

Maybe ALL cars should be fitted with ABS as standard. I'm pretty sure that a car fitted with such a system wouldn't have spun like that.
That kind of scenario is my worst nightmare. Riding into somebody elses accident caused by their own stupidity and leaving the rider no possible escape route.
Unfortunate and almost impossible to plan for. :(

TRhe drivers comments are typical of alot of car drivers who hit anyone, not just bikes.
After reading here posts the police had the same attitude, that it was her fault for riding a bike!!!!!! :blahblah: etc etc
