With regret i had to sell the Daytona as it was killing my back, pity really as it was otherwise a fantastic piece of kit

So i bought this for sports touring ;)

98 full power tls with ohlins front and rear ,ohlins steering damper, hayabusa calipers, lsl top yoke and ultra wide bars, cut down faring with dream machine paint, goodridge brake and clutch lines, heavy duty clutch with yoshi engine covers, various other bits and peieces

Took the Falco out today, love the old V2 and will regret having to sell her.

Gumtree is fine but shark infested waters, makes ebay look like a playpen.

ps I couldn't belive it when someone here claimed their Daytona was more comfortable than the Rex ;)

Know what you mean about the big twin grunt & sound, have a Duc ST4 for toodling around on, always makes me smile & somehow just cant seem to part with it, even tho its not the cheapest to run.

Gumtree has been really good to me to be honest never had any hassle yet

Great bike the TLS, it's got a pipe that really suits it, if its a full M4. Those discs, If they are iron, they are PFM's:D: & will be the tit's.

Gorgeous bike.
I had a V Raptor which shared a version of that engine.I couldn`t fault it or the super slick gearbox either. Damm shame about the rest of my `Raptor.....plastics by Airfix and Playmobile!

Gumtree is full of time wasters...not me tho` Iv`e bought stuff from it.

the bars are wider than my renthal ones on the zrx i had, it makes the riding position so aggressive

The bike is awesome and handles fantastic (as did my last one , it had ohlins to)
the tlr i had was a barge compared to this

The bike just wants to wheelie all the time, or is that me when im on it;)

the usual tls problems still apply

horrendous low speed throttle response-very lurchy
horrendous fuel consumption
dodgy build quality


but the pros far out weigh the cons
