Champsin, surely you could put more effort into your posts than that ^
I deleted 7 of the 11 of your previous rubbish posts as pointed out to you by a mod.

To answer his question however....
I was there 2 weeks ago, and my boss lent me his Fazer 1000, and took me to Deals Gap, along the cherahola skyway, and then down into Georgia, and then back - busy weekend.
In the 10 days I was in Alabama, I saw ONE zrx (and it was in Georgia I think) - it was an 1100 - at a small petrol-station-come bike-shop at the East end of the Cherohola skyway run by a very London-sounding guy who swore he was from Fife - sounded fishy to me, but he did know Fife!

I'm suprised to see mention of Deals Gap. I'm currently in NC but for about the last 5 years the buds (from atlanta, florida, and montana), would schedule at least 3 dragon runs a year. Is the road well known of on the other side of the pond? I've met several folks from Canada that made a special trip, but none from Europe.

My boss took me there - it was just a place I heard of that wasnt far away, and was meant to be fun.
Being totally honest, the 'gap was a complete let-down, if that is a "fearsome" stretch of road, then people really need to come to Scotland, and I'll show them a much twistier, much bumpier and more fun section of road (its longer too and doesnt have a 35mph speed limit).
It was fun to ride, but nothing like its reputation, I can add it to the list of places Ive been now, and do hope to go back again sometime, but it wasnt quite what I was led it to be. There are plenty of roads like that in the UK.
The Morganton Highway from Ducktown down to Suches (hwy-60??)was a far better road to ride on, as was the hill coming out of Helen GA, heading north - fantastic cambers - real easy at 70-80mph.

I don't live in Alabama, but my work area covers the Southern part of the state from US 80 South to the Gulf of Mexico.
